We educate ourselves on your exact industry, research industry-specific trends, and scope out what the competition is doing and how it could be improved upon.

This allows us to be more in touch with the unique needs of your business.

You may have guessed that your newly launched website comes with a few potentially unfamiliar to-do items such as fulfilling website orders, updating inventory counts, or replying to comments.

We don't want you to tackle these new tasks on your own so for the first month post go-live, we'll be supporting you with one-on-one guidance, how-to videos, and an entire hour of task time to use as you see fit.

During this first month, we'll also be backing up your site, performing necessary updates and security patches, and we'll even keep an eye on those hackers too.

All of this is complimentary for the first 30 days because we believe post-launch support shouldn't be an optional add-on but is instead a necessary service that all clients deserve.
